Hi I need some advice on what Wax heater Kit to buy.

I am currently learning waxing on my level 2, but am thinking do I buy a cheapish machine to learn with or pay for a good quality one, as Im always going to use this?

Any advice appreciated.

Hiya, i dont do waxing at the moment, but im hoping to train in the next month or two, I was looking last night at 'beauty express' they have some waxing kits that, to me, (as i said, not trained) seem quite reasonable in price. Buy Waxing Kits products from Beauty Express Hope that link works x

Does your course provider not recommend a system/kit for you to purchase?

Hi thanks, yeah she recommended one but I didnt like the look of it.
I will try them .

Big Thank you

Hive 1000cc heater is the best one, its about £48 I think ... so not expensive, and certainly not much more then others on the market. But it is very reliable and will be suitable all waxes. Spend an extra tenner now, rather then having to buy two heaters!

Hi there, I use the Clean an Easy waxing system, but I use the roller wax it's so much more hygienic and it's alot more smoother on application which means faster waxing! I'm really not keen on spatula waxing but each to their own? :D x

There are some good ones in the Beauty Express catalogue and Ellisons.
I got mine from the Manchester show in October its a Hive one and it came as a big kit for £55. I find it brilllaint. Just ensure you go for one with a little thermostat to control the heat settings.

The thing is when you buy a kit you usually buy the wax to go with it.

If I were you I would just buy either a 500cc/1000cc Hive or similar heater for your warm wax and a 1000cc heater for your non-strip wax if you have trained in this area.

In my opinion where wax is concerned (and a lot of other areas), buy cheap, buy twice!
