When Beauty Goes Wrong. Did You See It?

did anyone watch the when beauty goes wrong programme that was on bbc three?
it was horrible some of the allergic reactions that happened to people but there was a small bit about acrylic nails which a nail tech said that acrylic wasnt made for a nail plate it was made for use in making false limbs.
we saw this lady that had obviously had her nails done a while ago as the growth area was quite alot and she had acrylics on.she decided she wanted them removed as she was worried about the damage that had ben caused to her nails.when they were removed we could see that she had an infection as one of her nails was completely yellow,it looked horrible.
im now sure that she has been put off nail enhancements.
did anyone else see this?

Yes I watched it on Sunday - my Mum saw it and recorded it for me so not sure when it was on. It's a series on BBC3 so should be on iPlayer for anyone else that wanted to watch it.

Her nail did look a bit nasty - very dry as well and separated. Strange how only on one nail. Well, not strange to us, but to a consumer they might wonder why. I think the programme was good, quite informal for a documentary but very informative.

What about the young guy who died from getting a piercing! His poor Mum.
