Your polish is going thick as the solvent is evapourating. Ensure that the polish neck threads are clean of polish before you put them away. If you dont keep them clean then the solvents can evapourate, this thickening polish. No need for a fridge really.

Any well-less tip white, clear or natural needs the shine removing when applying gel so it has something to grip to. Don't buff away the smile just the shine, then it wont lift away.

what did you train with, you really need to afiliate yourself with a company so you can get training and support. The wholesalers just do that wholesale, you can not ring them and get the same support if you have issues

You should apply gel top coat very thin, but if you are still having problems contact the edge. I use Nail Creation Perfect Gloss and have never has issues with cracking, chipping or dulling.

I see you use Ezflow. Well EzFlow train you to use a 180 grit zebra file to remove the shine so I would recommend you use what is taught to get the best results. It is also essential that you remove any non-living tisse from the cutile area, dehydrate and prime.
