A lovely client

A couple of months ago I donated a £20 nail sevice voucher to a Loros charity event. Tonight the client came and I gave her a luxury manicure and polish.
From the time she came in, she was so thrilled that she had won and was having the manicure as she had never had any nail treatments done before..it was like seeing a child on christmas morning...she REALLY loved it...kept telling me how nice everything felt and how good the products smelt...she goes away to Turkey on Monday for a week...before she left she booked herself and her daughter in for another manicure and a luxury pedicure as well and she asked to take a few cards to pass out....how chuffed am I...I am so glad I had made a little goodie bag up for her to take away.
Just got me thinking how a bit of a freebie can go a long way...I feel really pleased about myself as well....:hug:

It so is, she phoned me about 15 mins ago apologising because she forgot to tip me, and that everyone loves her nails...she is going to ''pop something in the post'' for me...I am so pleased, its really lovely to have someone who appreciates what you do and lets you know xx

Clients like that restore your faith in human nature

Reminds me of when I donated a voucher about 15years ago as a raffle prize. The lady who won still comes in, her 3 daughters have been in, friends of the daughters have been in & friends of the original winner have been in as well.

Just goes to show how a freebie treatment can grow your business.
