Hi i have tried again with my Brisa Gel, and im still getting bubbles.

I just dont know how to stop this. I am getting them all over the nail?
Does this happen more using tips?
I am wanting to do an overlay on my natural nail, but worry this will happen again.

x:cry:

i would throughly recommend watching the brisa video on the CND website......it is fantastic......roxanne makes it look so easy and really gives some useful techniques for using any gel product IMO...not just Brisa.....though brisa does look very nice to use in the video.
Bubbles in gel are usually caused by it being over worked and bubbles being pressed or stirred into it.....i was doing this alot on my gel course as i was working with it too much like i would with Liquid and powder.
:)

I use Brisa gel and at first use to get bubbles from being a bit over vealous and heavy handed. I very rarely get a bubble now and if I do I 'burst' it using the tip of my brush very gently.

I rarely stir my gel and if I do feel I need to (such as the Shimmers) I use a cocktail stick and work in a figure of 8 motion slowly so as not to incorporate any air - HTH

What happens it the nails look fine but once finished about an hour later they have air underneath?

I am not sure where i am going wrong?

Thanks

Do you mean lifting? As in air under the gel? or air bubbles forming in the gel that weren't there before? (I have never seen this in my life)

Maybe some 121 time with an educator would be worth your while?? Sounds like you are not 'getting' something.

Yes, i think you should call your tutor and ask for a 1 to 1 session, this will help you work out the kinks so to speak.
