Last week I got a call from a lady who wanted l & p enhancements, she explained to me that she had been using stick on nails from boots and had a reaction to adhesive. I told her that I would have a look and decide on consultation - her nail beds are really small and looked quite thin & had majorly strong overgrown cuticle, so I decided it would be best to sculpt???

She has just called me to say they have nearly all come off:eek: so have arranged to see her in the morn.

What shall I do, I explained in cons that having a course of manis would be the best way forward to build strength but she was addement to have enhancements ARRRRGGHH

I would explain to her that the enchancement needs a strong foundation and because her natural nails are so weak and damaged that it may take time before they stay on. I would redo them but keep them very short for the time being and get her to use solar oil on them too.

Thanks, which tip (CND) do you think would be best to use? I am now having a full on panic about it.

Use the tip that fits her nails the best as always. Velocity is a tip that fits most nail types but biters can have very flat nails and with Velocity you may have to use a size larger and then trim the sides to fit which will make the tip moer flat.

Thanks

Used Velocity & trimmed, I don't feel like they were perfect but alot better than before.
