Needed to find a use for forest glen.

Hi all, what do you use for your art? Gel polish, normal or acrylic paints? I had a little try with shellac last night but felt shellac was to thin but when I did it thicker it obviously wrinkled. Any advice on best to use and also a good fine art brush. Thanks, im loving all the xmas designs its giving me bug to try some, I managed a snowman eventually! Lol x

I have same problem with the shellac when painting over dark colours. If its a light colour base its not too bad. I have been using vinylux and opi, but hoping to get some art pens for christmas. Acrylics are good apparently but I have not tried them. I am gradually running out of space....:D

Thankyou do I need to let polish/acrylic dry before top coating? X

How are you guys getting such bright smooth white on you snowmen, penguin bellys? Shellac is wrinkling to get coverage I need, and my acrylic paint you can see brush marks. Not sure if its the acrylic paint or my brush it too fine xx
