Evening all:hug:
I have been looking around for prices for eyelash perming and there doesn't seem to be anywhere near by that does it. Is it not popular? have people had bad experience so salons arn't doing them?
Can anyone shed some light please.

Any one or two?

Just thought id barge through the crowd of people waiting to answer your question lol Dont ya just hate it when that happens :irked:

There doesnt seem to be a lot of places that do lash perm not sure why i wouldnt say it was mega hectic with lash perms but i do get them in especially summer must be to get curly lashes before hols. I am based in wirral and the going rate in my area seems to be between £25-£30 i charge £30 and include a complimentary lash tint. Hope this helps!!

xx

Although lash perming was part of my original training some years ago I have never once been asked for it. I am now glad that I didn't go out and waste my hard earned dosh on a perming kit as it would have been well out of date now.

As a consequence I don't have it on my price list and neither to any of the salons in the local area offer this service.

Tbh I think that the prices charged are too high and thats probably a reason why most people don't choose it as a treatment, that and that most people have never heard of it either.

I have priced mine slightly lower at £20 and have done a couple since I opened the new salon, but thats not much is it.

We do quite a few lash perms in the salon and charge £30 including lash tint. The complete treatment takes about an hour so £25 to £30 is what I would expect for an hourly service rate .

I'm just about to start training in perming and tinting - if I can find something I'm not allergic to, but purely so I can do them if I need to IYKWIM. I already do eyelash extensions so it would be odd if I wasn't qualified/insured to do perming and tinting. IMO. I will probably add them to my treatment list but not really expect them to be done alone by the sound of things - I gather from what ppl are saying that they are rather less fashionable than they one were, but I hope it will be easier to do my mother's eyelash extensions if her lashes weren't so damned poker straight! (love my mummy btw but I wish she had long curly lashes cos then maybe I would too!) Lol Lx

Thank you all so much for your advice, I will take it all on board and as some say do a free lash tint too.
Love you all:hug:

I charge £30 and am finding it quite a popular treatment. It takes an hour, plus there is the patch test the day before. There's nobody in the village where I live who does it, and only a few in the local town. It's a real "WOW" treatment and I often suggest it to my facial clients if they have straight lashes, along with lash and brow tinting. I think of my clients in an holistic way and suggest treatments which I think will enhance their natural beauty. Also, I have my own eyelashes tinted and permed and clients often ask how come my eyes look so good!
