Eyelash mascara to make your eyelashes grow?

Well my mums watched something and she heard about this mascara that you use for so many days / months and it makes your eyelashes grow?
Has anyone heard of this ? if yes please can you tell me where i can get it from,

boots have some, i think its a loreal product if i remember rightly.

I did my training with Glam Lash and they do one. think it's called Lash Tonic or something similar. Apparently it's had great reviews
