Aw feeling chuffed about today,I had an ex mma client come to me two weeks ago ,she booked in for infills today ..and hurrah she kept her appointment..dont seem to have much luck with clients keeping their appointments unfortunatly btw, and was starting to take it personally..but she was there and her nails werent looking bad at all..and obviously looked even better when I left.:lol:

I must add she is my first regular ..apart from family members..and shes booked in again and passed my details on to a friend!Anyway when I finished I had a missed call from a lady,can you do me some infills for the afternoon??? :irkedidnt really want to ,but booked her in..only turnt out I knew her..anyway she was yet another mma culpret,her nails were discusting,looked like she had bagfulls of soil under them,and they were well over due for infills and two of them were hanging off!!!...well shes been educated now,and has rebooked for 2 weeks time.

I said to her whilst rebooking ..if u need to cancel please let me know 24hrs in advance..ooh she said theres no way Im gonna be cancelling.Mmm do you think that means she was pleased?:lol:

Great news for you ? BUT

Clients like this are often habitually like this (damn lazy) make sure you confirm her appointment.

If they come to you with grown out dirty nails, thats often the way they will come back to you.

Oooh yes I am, I still kept thinking about this morning,thanks for you replies geeks by the way, and yes Nail Zoo I will text the bags of soil lady:lol: before her appointment,that is something I do try to do on a regular basis now as Ive seen so many geeks on here with no shows.And I do know her so when I see her next if she hasnt looked fter them I ll clip her round the ear hole.
