Hi everyone.

Just wanted to ask all you experienced beaty therapists how long would it take you to do the following treatments.

1. Manicure
2. Pedicure.
3. Lash and Brow Tint.

This is classed as one client with all the above treatments on the same day.
How long would it normally take you to complete all the above?

I would probably book out 2hrs and 30mins though so you arent rushed and you have time to set bits and pieces up as you progress through the treatments.hth:)

it would probably take me 1.30 to 1.45 not a long time x

Manicure 1 hour
Pedicure 1 hour
Lash & Brow Tint 20 minutes

But as mentioned, I would book out 2 hours 30 mins, to give me a bit of breathing space, and so my client doesn't feel rushed.

Hope that helps!!

in the salon where i work we get 30 mins to do a manicure no extra time to do a french paint 45-1hr for a pedicure depending on wether we are doin a jessica ped or a espa ped and 30 mins for a lash and brow tint x

i'd allow 2 - 2.5 hrs - prob be done in quicker time - but rather that than rushed.

Of course it depends on how luxurious your treatments are/whats involved

two and a half hours but longer if she is a brand new client and I had to fill out the initial consultation form.x

It would probably take me about 2hr 20 min but as the appointment book goes in 15min segments I'd book out 2 1/2hrs.

To do a proper manicure with buffing, proper cuticle work, hand/arm massage & polish is not easy to do in less than about 55 mins.

Pedicures are a bit quicker as you don't need to buff & filing is usually quicker.

The tinting shouldn't take any longer than an ELT on its own as you can tint the brows while the lashes develop.

it would probably take me 1.30 to 1.45 not a long time x

This is VERY quick!!!
I wouldn't feel like I was getting the full treatment, sorry!

I would take between 45-60 on manicure depending on type of manicure, same for pedicure, and between 15-20 for eyt/ebt.

Hi everyone

thankyou all for all the responses you have given me its been a great help and a lot of releif.

Thankyou for your reply Top Tottie I was asking this question as I am new to a salon based enviroment. ive been fully qualified as a beauty therapist for 3 rs but have only done mobile so I always gived my clients that little bit of extra time unlike you get in your everyday high street salons, i started out working in a salon and did,nt like it. because i felt i was rushed in doing the treatments and did,nt like the fact that we had to push sales to get commison etc.

you already know the client has enjoyed a treatment and you have done your job well if a client gives u a good tip. my highest tip so far has been £5 which I think is fab.:)

The reason for the question was I am new in the salon in which i am renting at the moment and on the day i had this client in for these treatments i would run overtime and wanted a rough idea in which to give notice to the salon owner in advance, in which they were not pleased about lol.

A big thankyou ot everyone:hug:

I would book out 2 1/2 hours for all that so you are not rushing.
