just over a week ago i went to a client who wanted sculpted french gel on her fingers & twinkle toes
she decided on gold for her toes to match her shoes for a wedding & was really pleased with the result & loved her fingers. on the sunday (day after the wedding!!!) she texted me to say she wanted them all removed cos they were shocking!!!
i offered to sort out the "problems" with her finger nails but said to change ur toes will be a full charge as it is what you wanted & had matched it for ur outfit, twice now she has cancelled the appointment & texted to say she will arrange it for next week which is when she will need infils anyway!!!
which is the best way i can deal with her if she ever keeps an appointment??

She has waited long enough for you not to have to do anything for free. Next appointment is removal at a price or a rebalance etc at normal price. Remind her of the nice things she said about her nails before she left your salon. Clients need to return to the salon in a timely manner if they have a genuine complaint or else they'll have to 'suck it up' as Judge Judy says.

Sorry, but if her nails were so Shocking! then she would be desperate to get in to have them taken off as soon as possible. She is definitely pulling a fast one - she has had the benefit of your nails for all this time, but she still wants a refund - not a chance!

I agree with Gigi, she has waited long enough for you not to have to do anything. These clients crawl out from under their stones sometimes and think we were all born yesterday. You do not need her business or any of her friend's business so if she dares to contact you again tell her to do one!;)

I'm assuming she has been to the wedding and now wants her money back . No case to answer she is indeed pulling a fast one !!!!!!!

I experienced a similar thing a few years back. Client had nails done for her engagement party, was in the day after party with 4 nails missing. (3 days after full set) complained like mad so full refund was given and nails taken off. Was then overheard by another of my clients that she had bitten 4 nails off to get her money back!
In your case, stand your ground! Her nails were obviously not that shocking or she would have kept her appointment to have them removed.
Good luck! x

she is trying to pull a fast one pet... you would have heard about it loooong before she was due to swan up the aisle if she didn't like them... and its just downright rude of her to keep rescheduling... (just wanted to reiterate the judge judy quote though cos it made me giggle:D)
