Ladies fitness events with combined pampering/beauty treatments at the end of a class or course as a kind of self-reward for completion.

Or an all round "new-you" package including a selection of whatever fitness groups or classes you provide alongside a complete course of beauty treatments so that someone can feel they are addressing all aspects of their appearance, health and lifestyle. If possible you could source a nutritionist or dietitian to assist and possibly include a healthy eating plan. And include a brand new hair style right at the end as you have access to this service too or even a healthy hair maintainence plan.

It's 6 in the morning, I've been at work all night .. my brain goes into overdrive this may all sound mad in the morning

I married a vetinary surgeon, at the time I worked for the Crown Prosecution Service as a Prosecutor. I had a really bad pregnancy and had a 1lb 11oz baby at 24 weeks so decided not to go back into law. I enrolled on an HND at a local college. I was a Director first and then did beauty therapy. Talk about a complicated life!
