Have just watched Kylies new vid now tell me if im wrong but is she wearing creme puff shellac? 1.43 in pause it

Looks like Shellac to me.......
Anyone spread a little light on this, those in the know.

but if you go have a look at the shellac lovers group there is a photo just like those so could be.

Is that my photo? if so then mine are very glossy but I also added glitter to mine so I took the photo in sunlight to try to dim the gloss and catch the glitter,

In this vidit her nails are quite matte though out
