Logo - please can I have your thoughts

Hi,

Carl of Verve designs has put together some logos for me, please could I have your feedback. I offer both beauty and holistic services. My clientele are women age 35 - 60.

I think they are all great, so difficult to choose!

I love A1 the most. Love the grey oval, the colours used and the qp sign at the top.
My favourite by far.
The rest are also lovely, but this one really stood out for me xx

I personally quite like 6, it is crisp and clear. With some of the others although the font is lovely sometimes the t can look like an L. Some are easier to read than others as well purely down to style of font.

we get loads of these questions on geek nowadays logo web salon design ect, its personal choice i can see why you would ask other s opinions but my advice is do your own thing !! pick what you like
just because you may do things differently doesnt mean your doing it wrong
have the conviction and self esteem to say i like this !!
and this is what i am using because my logo is my logo and i want it to reflect my personality and the services i am providing
i am in no way putting you down and i wish you the very best in your venture x x x
we got our logo off the bedroom curtains !!! and the Name ?------------- came from the( It does exactly what it says on the tin ad) Nouvatan is NO UVA TAN its a tan without uva light, best of luck and happy to help no a2 would be my choice though lol !!

I agree with Steve. Anything creative like this is sooooo subjective. As you can see already, everyone has their own preferences. I am sure, when you first looked at them, you would have had one that stood out to you..........but, the more people give their thoughts, the more you may get confused.

Steve, thank you for your comment. I do have self-esteem and the conviction to make my own decisions and ultimately I will make the decision myself, but having feedback from others is important if it wasn't then no companies would undertake market research. Mr/s company owner would just make all the decisions his/herself!!.

Sometime ago on this site, someone had asked about logos - her business name was Blossoms and a lot of the comments referred to the fact that the name and logo looked like it represented a florists, so comments like that can then be taken into account when making the final decision.

I am sure the owners of large companies did not make a decision on their brand name or image without eliciting the opinions of others. In fact they are fortunate enough to have the finances to pay huge marketing teams!

Hi Susan, it was me that was asking the opinions, and you are completely correct, it did open my eyes to another perspective that I hadn't thought of, and from there I am looking to incorporate the word beauty into it so it is clearer what it is I actually do, so all the comments that were made were very helpfull to me...

Had a look through your options so far and I like No 1, love the faint initials in the background with the block colour over, looks fab, good luck with your decision x ruth

Hi there, I canvassed opinion through this site too and it really helped

I like B2, 1 and 6. 6 strikes me as very modern and funky, B2 as very luxurious and 1 as contemporary but feminine. I think if you know what colours you want to use in your business it will help - eg what is your favourite colour? what colour towels do you already use? you have to have something that reflects you and then you will feel passionate about it.

They were great.If we are going to talk about relaxation then i'll go for B1 for the logo and number 8.They all look very relaxing since the color is delicate to the eye. It is very hard to choose so i suggest that you to use my picks.:Grope:
