Hi Geeks...

I am looking to buy a mani station for my home salon in the next week but I am so spoilt for choice... budget is small :irked: thanks to hubby reigning my spending in..lol so I have looked into desks etc from ikea as such like. Has anyone got any recomendations?:D

I use the veka desk from Ikea does the job great with plenty of room x

blimey there are loads of optoins..... do you know which one it was?

See if you can find any salons that are shutting down or refurbishing. You may be able to buy their old stations :D

Ive got the glass topped table from IKEA :) it's perfect!

I had looked at the Argos one and yes it looks ideal!... The Ikea ones too... but the length may be a bit too much..

As far as I am aware there arent any local salons closing but I will check.. good ideas...thanks ladies.. x

i got one from ebay for £45, its not that big but does the job and its folding, i just leave mine up all the time as its quite a heavy desk

hhhm Ikea was the best bet but delivery is the same price as the desk..lol...

The search continues...

Just found a pic on my ipad. It's a bit blurry, I have now realised I have white legs not black lol

I got this one in ikea I can't think of the name but got it fairly recently and it's the perfect size has a little drawer and I've also got wire drawers underneath it comes with the bookcase behind and it was only €55 not sure in sterling but very well made and sturdy, got like a thick plastic protector for it in ikea too and that was only €4.99, I love it
