New breed of time wasters!

So angry! In 20 years this is a first...3 bookings for tan, nails and waxing...advised to have waxing the day before...no show, then troop in today for nails only now "we won't bother with the tans" and proceed to discuss colours and designs etc...as the therapist goes to the shellac stand to collect the colours (all of a 5 second walk) they up and leave mumbling about the NSS salon nearby....I wasn't there at the time but I'm speechless!

Sounds tough. So disrespectful. I cant imagine doing that! I had a cancellation a couple of weeks ago as a lady was worried I would do her acrylics too thick!!! She has them soaked off and reapplied everytime for the same reason. Crazy. I wonder if anyone has ever adviced her otherwise?
