Probs with Creative man/ped video

Hi All,
Bought a Creative spa manicure kit at Excel and have had problems with the video.
I've had a replacement sent to me but it doesnt work either. Ive tried it in my mums player and its the same. Anyone else had this problem? I suspect it may be a US format tape.

I get videos from the states for the kids and they all work but only on the newer vcr's not on the older ones.....

The video should say PAL on it. If it does not, then it maybe a US version. Ring and ask them to replace it with the PAL version and that you have been sent the wrong one ... they may not know that some kits have come through with the wrong version. They will be happy to replace it.
