Cant believe it! just called to make an order and nothing is available! :irked: apparantly they are 're-branding' whatever that means? changing packaging I expect... not good though when you cant get hold of the new stuff till maybe July

PLUS, it cost me postage on my solution because the order was below £75 :cry: what an expensive bottle of solution that turned out to be!

Oh no damn ...I was going to ring them tomorrow! JULY!!! They could have warned us i would have stocked up! This is the prime time to be retailing tan care. Oh dear lol
And fake bake have more problems than just running out of stuff :lol: xxx

thanks fiona, i placed an order today actually and had no problems, cant believe how many people love my spray tans, was even told today im the best in leven lol, looking forward to cnd conversion end of june, my clients are really interested in minx but not sure how i can get trained on them?

I phoned yesterday to place a retail order, and was told that they were aiming for "possibly" end of June!!

Sienna is expecting an order in the next couple of weeks, ino it is a pain for you guys but deemand has been huge recently and ino Sienna are doing all they can to rectify the problem. This only refers to some retail products, the solution is fine!!

they told me yesterday that it was being rebranded, they think it will be the same product, just different packaging? Nothing about being out of stock for a couple of weeks - like Cabinkel said, they are hoping for end of June, possibly beginning of July! as the sales lady said 'how long is a piece of string??'.......

I do hope the 16% will be ready soon, was originally due end of Feb!

I just phoned sienna x and they said it's just the retail that they cant send. You can still get the solutions

Hmmmmmm...... well they called me an hour ago to tell me the 12% that I ordered yesterday is out of stock too! :grr:

I cancelled it, getting it from Scotland now! and delivery is cheaper, and it's next day which is better than I was getting originally!

I have just tried to order some sachets of exfoliator and the tinted moisturiser and it said advanced order - 1.8.09! Nothing until 1 August! Good job I have a few left and I haven't put on my website the spray tan pack freebie thing I was going to do! That would have been embarassing! - ah well - lets hope none of my clients, all of a sudden, decide they want all the retail stuff! I'll stop mentioning it! Lol! Its a begger though! Lx
