Vista print problems

I was just wondering if there might be any computer wizards that might be able to shine a light!

ive designed and uploaded biz card on vista....it says to initial in the box to say I agree with printing with what ive done....then when I press next a warning box pops up to say...

'your document holds a placeholder image intended to be replaced with your image or logo....douuble click on this place holder image to proceed.'

ive tried clicking on everything but it just thinks I want to edit what ive done....grrrrrr.......getting so mad! :irked:

does it mean that the template you have used is designed so that you upload an image/logo onto it? has the space been left bare? Cant think of what else it might mean.
