I love my pot and spatula, very versatile and my spatula can go almost anywhere.

I have used a tube and couldn't get on with it however roller waxing is a dream especially on larger areas just flows out and at the right consistency as well and great for speed and saves loads of time.

Ive never done sugaring so cant comment on that one.

So what kind of a wax guy or doll are you!!!

and why !!!

Hi ya Tracey,

I love my pot and spatula for warm wax and hard wax, and I have to say I love love my roller waxing system, but I love love love love strip sugar (I have hyper sensitive skin) and sugar is the thing that works for me. I eventually hope to train to be able to do sugar paste, because that also looks amazing).

So I guess I would say I'm a bit of everything.

I love my pots and spatulas nowadays.

I started off with a pot and spatula but thought I would fair better with the roller system for legs and larger areas.. but to be honest it just annoyed me having to do all the clean up of the rollers... so sold that and have just used the hive wax pots and spats ever since.. I just love the easability of it. Having three pots of different wax on the go gives me the option to cover all areas ... :)

I keep having a go with the larger spatulas... I used a metal one when doing the one2one mentoring session with Kim Lawlesss.. but I think I got on with that ok .. but have been trying since with a large wooden paddle type that Lori Nestore (US Wax Queen) uses on her dvd 'The Whole Ball of Wax' but I am not convinced yet ... I just need to get my waxing times down so one or the other of these larger spatulas are going to have to be conquered... lol!!

I haven't tried sugaring either ... I don't know anything about sugaring, is this any different on getting the hairs out than normal waxing?

I can comment on sugaring as this is the first method of hair removal that I learnt going back to when the wheel was square.

I wouldn't say that it is more efficient than strip or hot wax but it is great for those ladies who have an allergy to wax products as it only contains sugar, water and lemon juice so therefore reaction to the product is rare. The application method for traditional sugaring is very different to strip or hot wax in that it is applied/removed by hand (without spatula or strip). However it can also be used as a strip wax.

I also use hot wax and strip wax and I too have way too many wax pots and yet I am in the process of buying another.

I use Hot wax for bikini/male braz/underarm/face and strip wax for most everywhere else I think. Have used lots of brands, some of which I wouldn't like to mention, but I do like Peron Rigot and in particular the Euroblond hot wax and green tea strip.

In terms of application of strip/hot I use pot and spatual - HATE HATE HATE roller wax, sorry jmho.

I am definetly a pot a spatula kind of gal. I've used the roller method in the past... didn't like it.

pot & spatula lass me ...tried these roller systems and found them annoying .

I'm with roller waxing all the way - so quick and easy xx
