Hiya, Thank you, I loved this mani, realy didnt want to take it off it's Shellac fedora with konad stamp M82 stamped with Barry M gold foil polish and then a few Shellac Iced Cappuccino dots done with a dotting tool x

I think this is shellac with konad stamps on the tips and a few dots made with a dotting tool. But to know for sure Jo would have to let us know.

Aww thank you ladies, yes the hearts are free hand. Did it with a detail art brush, kind of dabbed it on in a v shape then carefully made it bigger
