I don't think so. Even when I let the first thin coat of Black Pool set a bit and I applied the second thin coat of Black Pool, the original first coat still "moved" when I polished. You know what I mean?

Chanel #70 Rouge Coromandel. Red has always been my first love & nobody does it better than Chanel. I've had this polish for at least 5 years and it still goes on as beautifully as the day I bought it!

Sorry i just saw this. I just used my iPhone cam. I don't think I used the kirakira app for this picture but try that app. I like it!

Edit- I did use the kirakira app. I can see the little twinkles. Lol.
