This might sound silly. But i have been going through all your nails art designs and i am amazed how you do them!! Did most of you go on a course for nail art or do you teach your self? I would love to start offering half the deigns i have seen in here but i wasn't ever very good at art?
Any tips ??

I'm the same! I practice lots but all basic stuff, flicks and dots is about my limit! Would also love to hear of any courses or tips that people have :)

Thank-you Ladybird and Lila! x

I'm no expert, most of my stuff is just handpainted designs but I really can't imagine that a nail art course would be worth the money if you're in the least bit artistic.

I would just start by getting a load of cheap full coverage tips, some blu-tac and long orangewood sticks to put them on, and practice, practice, practice! You'll need a good quality set of nail art brushes, a very fine dotting tool, some pins and a range of glitters, pigments, polishes, acrylic paints, micro beads etc. Start with something simple like evenly sized and spaced polka dots and go from there. Most clients like to keep their designs simple I did a simple alternative french design (which I didn't like at all!), got loads of likes and interest, I did The Scream as a Halloween project and had no interest or likes on it at all!
