Hello geeks!!

Can anyone tell me where they get their acetone/product remover from?

I have been looking online and in my normal whoelsalers but it seems really pricey!!

Any help greatfully appreciated!

Thanks xx :)

i cant remember how much it was but i buy mine from my local sallys and i get the 5litre size i didnt think it was that expensive though but i bought mine a while ago as i dont really use it.x

I also get mine from Sally's. Our local pharmacy stocks acetone but only in 50ml bottles and it works out way too expensive to buy from there

try ebay you can buy a big bottle from there and new :) cheaper:green:

You really shouldnt buy off ebay its just not a professional thing to do at all, how do you know what your getting?! Stick to getting it from a well known wholesaler especially with something as hazordous as Acetone

I agree don't buy off ebay it could be anything in that bottle, just because it says acetone doesnt mean it is, I brought mine from nailwarehouse.biz didn't cost that much, remember you get what you pay for!! xx

Euhm not just that... it is highly flamable aswell !! You can´t send it unless it is labeled as hazmat and the extra fee for it will cost you twice the amount of one that you buy at your local supply store.

Please don't advise people to buy their products from any auction site, this is not professional and will void their insurance.

ALWAYS buy from a reputable company, I can't rate Mundo highly enough, great value and excellent service. Link below

sorry :( its just i brought some from there the other week to take my acylics off and it was brand new and wraped unopened and was cheap, and it worked and was the same stuff its not used or unopened and you wouldent have to pay extra for delivery ,
its the same as buying it from websites ect... people have there own shops its not just auction run.
some shops lead to the websites you buy it from anyway

 sorry guys for suggesting

Health and safety of your client is a big reason not to by from that site (opened or unopened) but there are many other reasons not to do this.
You mention in your profile that you want to be a good nail technician. A good nail technician would buy from an AUTHORIZED distributer.
I am not having a go, just letting you know what risks you take when choosing to buy from the net.

Also please remember that your insurance is not valid if you are not buying your products from a reliable source.

Babes, don't feel bad, you know now and hopefully others who buy from their will see this and think twice.

Believe me I wish I could take back some of my entries, go have a look at my first posts! How embarassing  x

Salonseve.com are pretty cheap for basics like acetone and polish remover etc. Minimum order for free del is only £50 so works out not bad. Lovely nail art bits and bobs and the couch rolls are good quality and really cheap. Delivery time and customer service is always spot on too. Worth a look! hth x

Look ... any nail product supplier will sell product remover! It is easy to get hold of and it is not expensive.

Professional product remover is not the same as Acetone from the chemist. It is just not the same thing. Neither is it the same as Acetone you can buy from the hardware store.

For goodness sakes buy your professional products from professional suppliers.
