Hi Everyone,
I have been searching the internet for the popits and have found two different brands so far The edge and the ones that sweetsquared.com sell. Has anyone tried either or both brands? Is so which are the best?
Many thanks people.

The original PopIts are the ONLY PopIts and are by far the best quality. Knock offs are never the same quality as I'm sure you know. there isn't even a difference in the price apart form pennies so you might as well get the origianal and the best. 08452106060

thank you for your reply i'll give the number a call that you recomended. Thank you

I have tried both and popits win by a mile - loads shinier!! x

I agree that Popits are shinier, they also 'pop' off easier and although most techs seem to be using new popits every time, you can, if you wish re-use the popits 2 or 3 times and still get the shiniest of finishes:)

I've only tried 'Popits' and LOVE them! You will, too! :)

I am currently wearing some MAD valentine nails I did using the Popits. They are brilliant for 'playing' with doing art!
I have done silver and purple glitter fades with holagram purple and silver hearts....mad! and eye catching! Just right for advertising valentines and easy to do using the Popits!

I use a new popit each tme when a client has them and then 'stash' the used one away for me to use a couple more times!

Thanks Ladyz for all taking the time to reply to my question i have taken them on board and i will let you know how i get on with them. I thought about doing what you said and keeping a set per client and then reusing them a few time. thank you all again

Now...THAT'S a good idea for everyone!

I've tried about 4 different types now and what you call "popits" (thats only the English name for them), are by far the best , they have a much better form to them, a much better shape, a better "C" curve and better sidewalls (all around they are much better).

I think it's very interesting that some people call every similar nail/system a Popit.
Sure the association is somewhat fabulous (due to marketing), but it's also misleading.

Popits are from Sweet squared, all the others are cheap imitations.

Why not just buy the originals (if you have had training it will be easy enough), if not you can buy cheaply molded copies (which aren't as good) from suppliers that really don't care about you or who their product goes to.

Even though Popits (and the cheap crap copies) may make things look easier, unless you have some nouse and some training, they will not make you a nail technician overnight (which is what many seem to think), you still have to offer a backup service, or you will lose your credibility quick smart.

Funny that new techs look for an easy way out before even putting their skills to the test.
