that's fantastic well done, how did you do it?

I am so desperate to lose weight but can't seem to put the crisps down!
I only have to sniff food and I put weight on.

I have mainly subsituted chicken and mince for quorn versions in curry and bolognese, switched to asda good for you tikka sauce, and dolmio light, eating lots of apples and cut out fizzy drinks completely. Also have been getting about 2 hours walking in a day at least with my new puppy.
