My boss-supposed nail tech for more than 10 years- asked me this: what would i do if i have a client that " has gel nails for soooo many years that knows better than me how to make them ":green:,and asks me to use another application method than using the brush.
We have brisa gel,and i love the way is easy applied by brush,so i answered that no client has the knowledge,or the right to ask me to use another method.they can choose colours, shape of the nail etc,but not this. And i was vvv firm about this-well...i might lose my job this days.
My boss askes me to use a dotting tool to aply gel(they use this with alessandro before i came to the salon),because is wasted to much gel with the brush, and to ignore the first layer.
So..would you let your clients to tell you how to do your work?
