You really need to find out if she'd prefer a more natuiral colour all over or if she wants to keep the blonde with some lowlights...........Get her to show u pics of what she actually wants ;)

You'll most likely need 2 different colour mixes, roots something like 99/0 or 9/0 (99/0 is for resistant whites but just stick with 9/0 if they're not resistant), then 9/03 or 9/3 ends, to add the warmth in to match your roots :wink2:

Hi Cas, I'd use a really thick conditioner/treatment and slather it on in foil, wrap well and make sure u don't overload the dark so it doesn't run down into it. When rinsing I'd rinse and lightly s'poo with the foil still in :)

I'd also do a cleanse and just lift very slightly, as it will be prone to fade anyway if porous and if her ends where already faded :lol:

i'd say 55/66 is too dark you wouldn't get it anywhere near as vibrant...... I'd use 10/8 and 55/66, and some /8 mixtone to counteract the red Also, I'd prelighten if poss

In my eyes, they r closed so u can't work, therefore u wouldn't pay them. It'd be different if they said u could still go in and open it yourself.....

I'd maybe use 77/07 colour touch plus, the 8s can look wishy washy after a while through blonde I find. Or half 88/03 half 77/07
