Anyone deal with ezflow

hi all i was hoping to go on CND course in leeds but there isnt one till august too long away for me!

so i called ezflow, i got passed around given lots of different numbers to call,they didn't seem at all interested in giving me info and a week later i still haven't received anything through the post.

when i spoke to CND they dealt promptly and were so friendly answering all my questions and I received info from them the next day!

Are ezflow always like this, am i making a mistake trying to train with them?

When I spoke to Ezflow they where great and very help full. They have a free conversion course at the moment, all you have to do is buy the kit. It is in this months Scratch mag, the number is 0845 330 0840 try that.

It isn't that there are no classes in Leeds, Carla. There are loads of classes. It's that all the classes at the Creative Nail Academy in Leeds are fully booked until August.

What's your rush?? :lol: Better to wait and to get the best training available than to rush and to wish you hadn't!!

I phoned up for a gel conversion course , but was told it was only for the l & p high definition course though!

Sorry should have said that in my post, I had an email about it being for the HD. I still don't know why as I only order a catalogue from them.

sorry i should have put that, all the classes in leeds are full not that there isn't any, and i'm so excited i want to start now lol.

you're 100% Geeg, the best things are worth waiting for I'm just so eager and excited. whats 2months? start the count down!!!

You sound in a similar situation to me...I was going to book a course at Milton keynes..but they stopped running the courses there...so I decided on Leeds...but now they are booked until August...well there is a cancellation in August..so next ones near the end of September....I have been wanting to book a class with CND for months and months....and months! but unfortunately haven't had the funds...iv'e tried very hard to save..but it's not an easy task! Luckily now i'm getting outside help with the funds but i'm still waiting for them and I after recently giving it a lot of thought I have decided to use Ezflow as I know they are a good comapny, it's going to be a lot easier for me to get to and I will get on the course a lot sooner....for me now...I would rather do that than wait any longer...cos i'm finding all this waiting unbearable and it just seems to be getting put further and further back so.......

I have done my research and altho CND were my first choice...Ezflow were my second...and its going to be a lot more accessible for me right now...maybe i will convert to cnd at a later date when it is more feesible for me. If your happy to wait a couple of months then that's what you should do...but don't leace it too long to book cos them places get swallowed up quick! lol

Personally iv'e had great communication with Ezflow..they were very helpful...in fact I feel sorry for any person I email because I give them the biggest list of questions you've ever seen lol so i'm surprised you say you've had trouble...have you tried e-mailing them?

I found myself in a somewhat similar situation to you a while back and just couldn't get the training I wanted, plus a whole host of other issues. I didn't know too much about companies at the time, did a lot of reading and decided to approach Ezflow.

I can only say that from my experience, I've always had a very fast, efficient and helpful service from them and have absolutely no regrets. In fact, I've gone on to do more training with them since. I really like their products, get really good results with them and their methods suit me. I can't speak for them, but I'm pretty sure that if you mailed any one of their educators on this site, they'd be only too happy to help. That's been my experience of them.

I enquired with Ezflow on Wednesday about courses, and had all the information I needed sent to me in the post and received by Friday, they were very helpful on the phone. I am still deciding at the moment if I am going to train with them or not, but I have to say there customer support is very efficient, and helpful

can i just say, since doing a conversion with sam biddle i have been so happy with ezflow as a company and their products are great. i get superior results and i'm brimming with confidence.

I had some money come my way and decided to do a foundation course rather than 12 month NVQ 2 (which I might still do) but I didn't realise that CND didn't train in Manchester anymore eventhough it's in their brochure. I was gutted when I rang and found this out but I would have been worse if I'd not been able to do it until September. I have been over once to be a model for someone and it was just under four hours travelling time in the day for me and just can't manage that at the moment.

I have decided to go with nsi for my foundation as it's in Manchester and I've heard lots of good things about their product and then go for a conversion at a later date when I've got more experience.

Seems there is allot of wrong information being given out here on the site re CND.

CND certainly do train in Manchester and we have a great trainer there.

The CND Manchester Ambassador is on holiday just now but will be available in a few weeks to start her classes in Manchester. Dates and locations will be availale from S2 on her return.

Hi everyone, I am an EzFlow educator, and I'm sorry anyone has had a problem contacting EzFlow. It certainly is a very rare occurrance, I can assure you. Anyone who rings for training or product information, that information is sent out that day! It is company policy! Our training is absolutely fabulous and everyone has contact with us after any classes completed. So if any problems we are at the other end of the phone. We also send out info on any new products, training and any promotions to everyone who has done a clas with us. You automatically join our database! I personally educate in the Hull and surrounding areas, my friend is based in Bridlington and obviously Jo Shirley is in Doncaster. All 3 of us work together as a team to promote and educate the EzFlow way. We have a H/D conversion with Anthony Buckley on July 28th and a Gel Conversion on Sept. 1st. Training is free, you just buy your kit. Gel lamp is half price. x

hi there, i am just new to this site and have just qualified with EzFlow, and i can safely say that i loved every minute of my course and cant wait to do another, the tutor for edinburgh( isabel) is exceptionally brilliant at her job, and thanks to isabel i am now a confident nail technician with lots of customersand i would reccomend EzFlow to anyone:green:, even when i called right from day 1 they could'nt be anymore helpfull than they were, they were just excellent.

I was a CND technician for about three years then when things changed over to sweet squared they almost seemed to drop off the face of the earth there was no sign of them at the exhibitions and the whole change over process seemed to take so long i know of at least three people who were experiencing problems getting hold of stock, understandibly, but we decided to look for another supplier and chose EZ flow, couldnt be happier they are like friends, so supportive and encouraging, with their help i have made lots of decisions and plans that i wouldnt have dream'nt of doing before. I was the biggest supporter of CND and thought that nothing else could touch it, however im so glad that i ended up with ez flow as they are amazing and their products are just a delight to work with. CND look like they are on their way back, seen some great adverts in the mags and i still think they are a great product but give EZ-flow a try i really think you will be suprisingly VERY impressed i was and wouldnt change now x

I used to be a CND tech, but when i was experiencing major problems with stock, i got no help or support at all, therefore i bit the bullet, and looked for another supplier... it is a major thing to switch brands, the expense, training and practice getting used to a new product and routine...
I was so impressed with EzFlow the support i recieved in my hour of need, i ordered my products, got some training, and became their distributor for the Midlands and Wales.

I can't tell you how much customer service means to the EzFlow team, it is what we are about, great products take you really far, but when you have support and someone helping you all the way...you can't beat it.

If you have had problems getting information i am sorry, but there is always head office to speak to as a backup and i tell my customers this.
There are plenty of us on this site, so it is always worth contacting someone on the board, even if they aren't in your area, we can at least point you in the right direction.
