I watched this link yesterday and thought it was great, hopefully doug will give use many more, fingers crossed.

Bringing the facts to professionals is the whole reason www.thesalongeek.com was brought into being.

It is a super add on to the quality of education that you get right here on salon geek to see individual articles tackled on something like facebook and from someone as respected as Doug Schoon which may 'grab' the attention of a few thousand more professionals.

Raising standards is what it's all about. It is what Salongeek does and it is what Doug is doing. Great idea.

this is great information. Does anyone know of a DVD that talks through diseases and parts of the nail ? I trained along time ago and although I know the correct names for nail structure and problems (like onycholysis etc) I have forgotten the correct pronunciation !!!:eek:

I am signing up to do a CND conversion course and am frightened of sounding like a Dumbo if I cant use the correct pronunciations for disease's nail problems etc!!!:eek:

I am slowly working my way through the 'new' Doug book. i thought the first one was great but this one is just amazing!!
