Eyelash removal and infills

I'm a newby. When doing infills, when you remove a loose or twisted eyelash with the remover. Does the remover effect the adhesive when applying a new lash? I'm aware it would be dry. The reason i ask is because I have primer to use before I apply lashes. I'm just wondering are you priming the eyelash individually after removing the old one.:lol:

Yes use remover on the little pink sticks and work down the lash. It will fall off and then carry on as normal. Prime if you use it and apply new lash.
