can anyone recommend a good sheer polish to use when doing a French manicure? At the moment I use Sparitual for the white tip and then Sparitual's Breathless for the colour. However I find it goes quite streaky - not sure if it's just me or the polish, but I can never get an even coverage with it.

What does everyone else use?

Thanks :green:

hi ya i use cetuem (no 150) its a pink glaze it makes the nail bed look pinkier more healthier, it doesnt not streak one bit. then i have 3 different whites (one tipex white, natural white, and a cream) but not sure what numbers they are.

kel's x

Thanks for that, might see if I can get a couple of them x

My favourite is 'Bijou' from Creative. It has a gold shimmer when yu turn the nail. Gorgeous for summer

Nailzoo, I like the look of that white, what is it???

Hi there, I use Essie Madamoiselle for the pink and Marshmallow (soft white) or Blanc (hard white) for the tip.
I love the finish it gives - wouldn't use anything else now!
You can order from Perfect Nails.
xx

Right now, I'm using Essie's Cherry Pop for the pink and Essie's Marshmallow for the white tip. I LOVE the look of the two! :)

Creative do several of these sheer colours and unlike so many they do not streak.

Beau is a personal favourite of mine a well as Lighten Up

Essie marshmallow for french is gorgeous. I have produced excellent french polish since I started using this. It was recommended on here :)

I really like OPI Passion, it's really sheer and natural xx
