Good morning to you all

I wonder if anyone can help me out here. I have a lady coming to me tomorrow who has had biosculpture nails. She only has 3 left on and wants them removed and to start over again. I use IBD gel (buff off) and I have explained this to her that the product I use is a buff off gel and she is happy with that.

However, I am not sure on how to remove the remaining 3 biosculpute nails as I obviously don't have their removal system. Can they be removed with acetone or would I need to buff offf the remaining 3 nails.

Any advise would really be appreciated.

use acetone, its really easy so dont worry.

Many thanks Angel Fingers for your advise it's a big relief to know I can just use acetone.

Buff them a little then soak off in acetone it usually is a little easier this way.

Hi Hun,
I too would buff them 1st, depending on how thick they are, then just use acetone. You should have no problems.
Hopefully then she will be converted to your system, try and get her to book her maintenance appointment before she leaves.
Good luck.
Lotsa luv x   x

thin them down, soak a nail wipe in acetone and wrap it up in silver foil shouldn't take to long at all.

Make SURE its all gone because IBD wont like to go on the top of bio !:green:

Good luck.

Oh maybe a tip to give your client it will have a totally different 'feel' to bio too.

It depends on what kind of biosculpture she has, if it's that flexible stuff acetone won't have much effect and files just kinda bounce off it (it's like filing an old tyre). I'd rather remove MMA.

Biosculpt practically worship thier own product, but never explain much about it (or it's removal).

Even though they may look like they are lifting, be careful, they adhere in certain spots and will tear the nail surface if you think you can peel them off.

Try contacting Biosculpt (they rarely answer emails).

hi Carl

Just intersted as to why you have found this? I work with this day in day out and it sure does remove it....quick smart too:green: (unless the nail teck has done it thick as a brick and quite a few infils)

Are we talking the same 'biosculpture' i wonder? ( I didnt know if there was another? your part of the world!)

Many thanks Minkus for your reply. I will make sure that every bit of the biosculpture is removed. I didn't even think about the fact that another gel wouldn't like to be put on top of Biosculpture.

This site is Brill!!!!! as I am always learning something I did'nt know.

Thanks again

Sally

Biosculpture gel soaks off really easy with their gel remover. Or just use acetone. Like minkus said earlier, wrap in tin foil and wait 10/15mins and it will have bubbled up and you can wipe it off gently with no residue on the nails.
Biosculpture isn't a difficult gel to remove at all.:)
nailzoo, I think you might be having issues with another product, plus everything I've found their customer service to be brilliant as well!

Its a shame their seems to be a bit of negativity about this company.:irked::confused:

I think its soak off gels in general that are not liked by some.
The customer speaks though and its a very loved and popular product as is Calgel.
