hi, quick question if you dont mind.
I am not a natural nail polisher, new to industry and never had nails of my own to polish (been a biter until recently). i was following the precision nail polish guide in 'nail class' to create a profssional finish. i purchased some nail fresh to create a neat finish at the eponychium using a striper brush and it didnt seem to do anything at all.
can anyone help as to why, is this the wrong brush to use does anyone have any further tips.
thank you
sian xx:hug:

this tutorial is the same as what is in 'nail class' as geeg wrote it.... i wanted to know if anyone knew why the nail fresh had no effect on the polish that i was using (did i not use enough?, didnt want to use to much) and for any other tips (did try a search but not much came up). thanks anyway.

Sian

I use an eyelash tinting brush for tidying my polish up with nail fresh and i wonder if the striper brush you are using is too soft as the brush i use is very stiff. I have also heard some people use a gel brush which is quite stiff too.

thanks Sian for asking this question, I also wondered why I didn't get results from the Nail Fresh and I to was using it with a soft brush. Had tried to use the brush that comes with the bottle but couldn't get enough control with it, will try using another brush.

Yes you are right - the brush that comes with the bottle isnt ideal to tidy up your polish with. But dont forget it was initally designed for nail plate prep so that is what that brush is for.

Try using a stiffer brush - it will make a massive difference.

hi,
oh brill, thats prob why then, glad i wasnt the only one with this problem, the striper brush was also too long so didnt really have that much control over it.
thank you all for your comments.
