I'm getting another small tattoo to cover up a naff rose done on my arm yonks ago but wasn't sure what to have. However, I was mentioning to my 11 year old son today that I'm thinking of going to a spiritualist church and he suggested a lotus flower tattoo as he had learnt about it at school and they represent enlightenment. How lovely is that? So that's what I'm gonna get next just gotta find a nice design - any ideas? X

I'm off to see my friend today were having a mini break up in Edinburgh and this is the trip where I was going to get my first tattoo!!!! Nervous!!! Im wanting to have some writing on my rib, quite high up. Wonder if ill actually go through with it :/ I have my design on my phone anyway so lets see if I find the guts!!! :/ lol

Doing a sleeve on my left leg, the theme is family, all in animals. On my right is CHARLIE, an owl my mom picked out before she passed away from breast cancer. The kicker here is I told all my kids you ever get a tatt don't ever walk through my door again! Boy, have a I eaten those words!

Wow! How much time has gone into this? Must be hours and hours. Do you still feel pain or are you used to it now? The owl must be so sentimental to you, that was a lovely idea xxxx

The pain isn't much I'd rather get a tatt than have blood drawn lol. As the hours it's about 12. I've had 3 kids no drugs or epidural. Ya just push it away, I say. Drives my kids crazy when I tell them that.
