Irregular natural nail shape inverted

Hi all I done a set of nail today and the lady had fairly small nail beds with the nails growing nsrrow towards the free edge. If you can imagine a nail growing upwards and parrall with the side walls, well hers went narrow as it grew up, kinda like a stilleto nail but on natural growth?

I sculpted on a form but had to do them thin as otherwise I think they would of gone bulky as they were flat aswell iygwim.

Has anyone come across nails like this before ?? thanks geeks xx
