i have a limited budget, but would like to treat myself to a facial as my skin is in desperate need of it .. its looking a little patchy, few spots and i have terrible bags .. all due to stress im under at the moment and poor diet i guess, caught sight of myself in mirror at work yesturday - and didnt recognise myself !

have started to drink loads more water and plan to eat healthily

have about a £50-60 budget (absolute tops) for a facial .. i need a miracle, what are your recommendations please?

my local beauticians offers renu facials - including a lift one, has anyone heard of renu - any good?

Look out for Yonka or Environ, many may not have heard of Yonka, its very high quality.

I am sure there would also be a decent Environ therapist in Essex as well, I dont know what part of Essex you come from, we have a few (London outskirts). You will not see a bad things said about any of the above, a quality facial carried out and you will be happy.

Renu are by Susan Molyneux, which are a nice brand. Not sure if they would give you the Wow you are looking for. I use Susan Molyneux but am thinking of changing to Environ as I have heard fantastic things about them. Where in sunny Essex are you?

thank you for your recommendations ..

i'll have a look into environ then, do they have any products for me to use at home

im saffron walden, essex / cambs borders

SwissDermyl has a variety of facials and homecare products which would certainly help with both the immediate issues and for ongoing improvement. Obviously difficult to assess without seeing you so I won't even try to suggest a particular treatment or product!

Yes they do have home care products! The moisturisers are great. If you google environ facials you may find a local salon x.

If you only have £50, I'd be inclined to spend it instead on homecare. I would be very wary of anyone promising a 'miracle' one-off facial as for any level of significant long-term improvement a course of regular facials would be necessary.

Soy Soy facial by Gerard's is super also the Glycolic facial by Gerard's would give you an instant boost and encourage you to a better lifestyle for your skin.

Totally agree. However, still go to a facialist for a recommendation, rather than buy OTC products.

I agree with both of these. One facial isn't going to make a huge difference without an ongoing home skincare routine that's been advised by a good therapist.

Yes, but, having a professional facial can kickstart your new beauty regime.
