These were done using EZ Flow Rasberry Cream and cover pink.. Capped in clear.

These are on my nails

I know my smiles are not to "smiley" but i thought it would look better even on both hands rather than deep smiles on my left and a crappy attempt on my right... iykwim. lol:rolleyes:

Hello

I'm a skin geek so I am not going to rate them, but very pretty!!!:)

I think these are lovely... zone 3 is so neat and I love that coverage colour. I think they are finished really well.

I'm not going to rate cos I don't feel confident enough in my own work too but I would be dead pleased if I produced a set like this.

Well done x

Thank you so much..I went out for dinner tonight and had a few comments so it was worth doing them..
Thanks for the comment about zone 3.. this is something that i have been working on as i am having a little bit of trouble with it on the nail bitting clients expecially.
X mel

I love raspberry cream. Don't worry if smiles aren't too smiley, the important thing is consistency. One thing that I will mention though (which can even be put right now) is that your sidewalls need to be brought in a bit as they look a little wide from the pic. can't comment on lower arch or apex as not got an angle on them but well done!

Ok, I love this colour! I have it, but I've never used it like this. Nice!

As for the critique bit.....
There is, or what appears to be, lifting already in zone 3 on the index finger and the middle finger.
I have had this too - so I'm not being picky:hug: - but when you place your bead for zone 3, be super sure you press it down onto the nail plate, it's very easy to pop it on and push and pull the product down, without realising you have not actually pushed it onto the nail plate around the eponychium area.
Again, as someone else has said, they are a little flared, so when looking at the nail, place your file straight down the sidewalls and keep it parallel - don't over do it, but file and check, file and check. Once you've overdone it and brought the side walls in too much, it's a pain to try and get them level looking again, without going for the almond/oval look!
Check you lower arch too, before you start your filing to be sure you don't file it away.
xxxxx

Thanks for all your comments.. they are very helpful..
I do have a problem with my side walls.. they never seem straight.. or maybe them seem straight to me until i put my gel top coat on and then i can see them flare a little.
yes you are correct about he lifting.. well i kind of over filed it trying to get a smooth zone 3 and my product must not have been "pressed" enough and when i put my gel coat on it was more noticleble. Thanks for the tips on the pressing
