no initial dont start with h can i ask did u ever your certificate

If I had a pound for every certificate that doesn't reach it's destination..... God only knows where they get to. I've on occasion sent up to three lots out and even though the address is correct, they don't get there. Odd!!

You could ask your trainer to email you a copy for your insurance and ask her to re-send an original. xx

You dont need your certificate in order to carry out your treatments. All you need is a letter from your trainer stating that you are qualified in the treatment you have done.Send a photo copy of the letter to your insurer who will be more than happy with this...I have never had a problem with insurers accepting cover letters.

Certificates take months to arrive sometimes and I am still waiting for one myself from a course I did back in sep.Just remember that heaps of people are taking courses and so there is quite often a backlog.HTH

Hi, you can also get the company to email your prefered insurance company.
Your insurance company will treat this the same as the certificate providing the training provider is registered with them and it comes from their email address.
Lou xx
