Ohh jelouse.I have bitten my nails from the age of 5 so I didn't have any but I've been applying acrylics for about 6 months and I have long nails but two of my nails which I bit soooo bad that I didn't really have a nail are a bit slow in growing but I'm nearly to the top of my finger now so as soon as there there I will not be wearing enhancements any more I will be onaturel for sure :hug:

Can you tell me please whether your nail bed is being recovered or you lost it completely from biting the nails. I have lost some of my nail bed due to fungus and I wonder whether I will ever recover the nail bed to its original form.
Can Anybody help please?

Just removed my silver holographic rockstars and did these. Shellac red baroness with cream puff dots. My back, legs and hips now hurt from doing my toes! So glad I only do mine every 4-6 weeks and not fortnightly like nails! Lol xx
