Kate, I LOVE the NSI colored gels. They have great coverage and lots of awesome colors to offer your clients. You can also mix the colors to come up with your own unique custom colors. The only thing I didn't like was that they used to have the gel in clear pots but they have changed them all now.

Master30, I think that that is terrible the way they are handling this! If it were me, I'd pull the plug, sever ties with Nouveau and get re-established with another lash company that supports YOU. There are lots of other options out there, just make sure you do a bit of research.

I think that it also depends on the amount of photo initiators in a product. I know of a few gels that get extremely hot when exposed to a uv light source even when they are applied ever so thinly.

Since we have 2 lash rooms we just stock each room with supplies needed so nothing has to go back and forth. It is a real timesaver.

I would caution working from the pots as you shouldn't be touching other lashes as you could be contaminating them if using the same pot for all clients. I have worked from the sponge but I prefer to use other methods. I find they bounce too much on the sponges.
