My constructive advise would be this:
Be discreet with all your clients, they are all VIP's in their own right.
Gossip can cost dearly, your reputation and your business can suffer.....

Great answer Ruth

My positive reply would be this:
There will be more work for those discreet nail techs in Hove now...

Incidentally, we don't even know that this nail technician comes on the site, so why are we being asked to give her constructive advice?

I didn't think we were, more to try and make the topic constructive............

Since its obviously no secret (as its printed all over the Mail on Sunday), her name is *******, her business is called *****and is located somewhere in the SE area. On her business card she describes herself as a "Mobile Nail Specialist". Full photos of her are also in the paper, so she certainly is real. I just can't get over how unprofessional she has been - shame on her.

Just to clearify something, something like this can get our butts sued.....
Ok it was printed in the newspaper, but repeating it on here with a full name and business name leaves us wide open......
OK she may get sued, but hey do we want to be sued too????? I think Sam has got enough to sort out let alone another cranky solicitors letter.
Hope you guys see where I am coming from xxx

No-one has asked that we give HER constructive advise hun, just that we post in a more constructive manner.

Like I keep saying, but you guys keep deleting my posts, there is nothing much apart from the obvious to say that is constructive.

The posts where deleted because they where argumentative and off topic.

Read them again if you can, but I suppose not once deleted. I was not being argumentative and I was certainly not off topic. Just stating the case that in this instance it is difficult to see anything constructive/positive that can be said, apart from the very obvious.

There is no point in keeping this post open, I have edited out the names and location, and now I am closing it......
The girl made a business mistake, one that we are deffo not going to make.... so lets get back to business as usual.....

and as I posted a minute ago:
