I use vol and I'm a loreal girl through and through. Like other loreal users on here I didn't know people used % instead of vol lol!

I think it goes by , where you live , what color line you use. I use matrix, redken, and live in U.S. So I say Vol😃

When I trained (in 2002) it was always volumes but then it got changed to percentages. now I tend to use percentage when writing out my records etc but if I am talking to a hairdresser who is older I switch to volume as I know they tend to work in volume. All ddepends who I am talking to.
