I already have an account with them but cant shop online. I have registered and everything.

It's just a pain to phone them, they are so slow and i'm on the phone for ages getting at their huffing and puffing

Apparently they tell me there is a new price list coming out to everyone

Yeah, you got the right site.

Sometimes it goes a bit funny. Maybe it's inactive while they add on the new prices.
Unfortunately, you may have to phone them.

Just had a go on mine and seems to be ok and yes you have the right site.Are you getting through to the trade pages.
Someone had probs a week or so ago i thought it maybe their virus protection stopping it,i dont know whether they were able to sort it out.

Yes it was me and I couldn't sort it; I had to phone my order in the end. I also sent them an email about three weeks ago asking for assistance and have still not heard back from them..I have to say its quite disappointing really.
