Going back to SW tonight after gaining over last 6 months

So planned my meals for the wk done my weekly shop and batch cooked a huge pan of speedy soup and prepared diet coke chicken for tonight's dinner.......I will shift this weight!

Good luck hun! I did sw earlier this yr and did lost a fair bit as was v happy. It's a very easy diet to do I'm sure you'll do amazing!!

I use to go but stopped as didn't have time with kids swimming on same day ect but have changed that now do I can go back.
I will post diet coke chicken for you. The photo is not a good likeness to how mine comes out but tastes ok
