He is a pervert in my opinion!

Well fellow geeks as some of you may remember my 2 previous posts on here about the guy that was making me feel uncomfortable with his random text messages, turns out my gut feeling was right after all and I've come to the conclusion that he is a perve and I will not be offering my spray tanning services to him again!

For those of you who do not remember or never read my previous posts on him, he was going on about wanting to wear a thong (not a problem of course but the texts were random and its all he talked about and late at night!) which then turned into him wanting spray tanned naked! (after beating round the bush about it etc) Which I was still happy to do as it didn't bother me!

Anyway, all the time I was in his company he was fine apart from standing in front of me completely naked (no dressing gown in site ) even when chatting to me whilst I was setting up my equipment!

Gave him the benefit of the doubt as alot of people on here said he was probably nervous etc and thats why I was probably getting random texts saying random things.

Anyway lol....the other day whilst shopping in metrocentre a text came through from him asking for an appointment which was on Sunday just gone (28th June) I booked him in - no probs. Then he text me asking if I would massage him again for those of you who think its not weird (I know its not weird to ask for a massage - ITS HIM THATS WEIRD!) I said I specialised in spray tanning only - as he could see from my website blah blah blah - went ahead with the appointment he was fine again.

A few days ago he booked again for this Sunday (the texts were fine and I just booked him in for this Sunday) which I'm not doing now!

Now, yesterday this was the text (or texts I should say) that just tipped it over the edge for me.

TEXT 1 @ 12:11 - Please dont go mad with me for asking. I am fully qualified in body massage and would like to do some part time work but need to a model to practise on. Would u be interested for £100 per hour? I promise to be mr professional. If ur not . Thats fine

TEXT 2 @ 12:16 - U could wear a bikini or towel what ever u feel happy in. Please dont go mad. I just need a model to bring my skills back up to scratch. X

TEXT 3 @ 12:17 - If ur not interested dont worry. See U sunday anyway.

TEXT 4 @ 12:27 - I really do hope ur not offended by me asking. It was just an idea. Please let me know ur thoughts. X

TEXT 5 @ 12:45 - I think ur a bit mad with me. I guess sunday is off then 2. Sorry kim. Didnt mean to offend. X

Now please tell me he is a perve! First he goes on and on and on about thongs, making an issue about it, texting me late at night, then wants a naked tan, texting me to tell me how much he's looking forward to it! Then asking if I do massages, then telling me he does massages! and he wants to pay me £100 per hour WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me and my fiance are livid!

I suggest no one takes an appointment for him for any kind of service!

I would remove his details immediately, as there is a real risk of him taking libel action against you for publishing his details on here and suggesting that he may be a pervert. As well as breaking client confidentiality and possibly the data protection act (the latter is a criminal offence).

This is Salon Geek not The News of the World or Daily Mail with their campaigns scaremongering us into thinking there is a pervert on every corner, and when all is said and done this man has actually not done anything wrong.
Yes he was a bit inappropriate, but no crime has been committed here.
He chanced his luck in a text message and got knocked back....I really cannot believe you have put his full details on the world wide web.
I would hope you remove them yourself before a Mod does it.

Well I am now gobsmacked that the thread starter has now gone off line without removing those details.....especially after all our posts.
Let's hope a Mod does it soon.

I do have sympathy regarding this story, and I do think this man is out of order but to post his details here is a step too far.

Would the site possibly be held liable if some eejit decided to do something to this man because of what they read here?

I see his details have been removed. Too late though. His details will have been copied/cached by now.

Your not a victim, he simply asked you a question there is nothing wrong in that if you felt uncomfortable then you should have gone with your instinct in the first place, to post someone details and class them is a pervert is a serious allegation for someone who has done nothing.

And to be honest the pictures on your website will attract men like that!

Surely not! The site owner can't be held responsible for what an individual posts on their site can they? As long as they are seen to have done all they can to revent ppl posting slanderous/liabelous messages and they remove the offending words as soon as they can they can't be prosecuted can they? Gosh! Its a bit strong really if they can!
