I'm furious and don't know what to do?

Hi Guys, Deperatly need some help here :irked:

I done my UV Gel course and another course about 2 weeks ago i was supposed to get my certifcates within a week of passing my course but still no certificates. I need my UV gel one for tommorow for my CND course although i phoned my CND tutor and she said i can post to her.

I done a course with this trainer/tutor before and never even recieved all my certificated i done two and only recived one.
So far ive done Manicure and Pedicure, Lash and Brow tint, Uv gel and Make up and ive only got certificates for Manicure, Lash and brow and thats it!!

What can i do? I feel very upset :irked:

I have spoke to the tutor yes but she seems to be putting it off all the time.

I done a manicure and pedicure 1 year ago and only recieved my manicure certificate! And no pedicure one!

You really need to chase this up. Was it a trainer working on her own or as part of a larger college?

To be honest, I can't quite believe you have left it so long. Did your insurance company not want photocopies of your certificates?

Just keep nagging for it and take it as a lesson learned.

She told me after 1 week that it wasnt ready (this is the gel and make up) and then 1 week and 4 days later she told me someone would drop it off today and then no body has dropped it off and i text her she ignored me.

She has her own beauty training school

Did they give you photocopies so you could get insured, I had to send mine off for my training to be listed on my insurance certificate?

Maybe you could use those until you get the originals. I would be on that phone every day.

She hasnt given me anything at all - i dont think she is that bothered to be honest. I have stressed to her about 5 times since the courses and she is acting like she dont care i told her i have my CND course and i need the certificate by then but no avail?

I agree, you need to make contact every day until it arrives, and ask what the problem is. Are her courses accredited?

If it was me and I needed them but was being ignored, Id be on the phone every hour chasing her.

Omg I would seriously not be happy!! Tell her you will go and pick it up and then she has no excuses. It's really not good enough if you have paid your money and passed the course!! :hug: xxx

I don't know if it is possible but if it was me I would tell your tutor you are coming to pick them up in person and would like to see her at the time as you are very unhappy and will not be leaving until you have them. xxx

Ring CND and see if they can use your ins cert to prove that you have the quali??

Or give CND your trainers number and ask if they can contact her to get the info...

Well i find the term 'i will be consulting with my solicitor' usually does wonders.

I am having a similar problem, you need to keep at it. keep calling EVERY day. eventually she will hopefully get fed up and do the right and professional thing and get your certificates out to you. If not, solicitors letter might do it! (its my next course of action if mine have not come by end of this week).

I am not going to call every single day rather than every other day. If not i know what salon she works in so i will just turn up and demand the certificate.

I get worried as without them certs im worth nothing x

I think some insurance companies insure you anyway Calla.It doesn't mean they have to pay out though does it.If anything goes wrong they would soon be wanting to see the certificates then though and you can guarantee they have to be the right ones.

Blimey - BABTAC won't insure you without they see the certificates, which I think is a very good idea. Otherwise how would they know whether one is telling the truth?
