Hi Everyone just wondered if anyone had registered onto the www.nailangel.co.uk site and what you think of it. It seems very good to me but would love to hear other opinions. Also if you register before Jan 15th 2010 you will recieve a free gift.

Great site for us NSI techs with helpful tips from Denise Wright & Kirsty Meakin.

Won't be abandoning Salon Geek in favour of it though!!!

yeah, iv'e registered. nothing mentioned about a free gift though...

I noticed it was advertised on facebook so thought i'd give it a whirl. Did'nt really spend much time on it but will be going back to check out the forums

I've registered. It's NSI demos and products... Saw the ad in scratch which said free gift.
I liked the website but not sure why it didn't mention it was only NSI stuff??
Unless that's not a permanent arrangement?

xx

I had previously tried to register, but because I am in scotland it asked me to register with nsi scotland, so can't get into it :irked:

Ive registered , love the vids , but have to remember Im CND trained whilst watching them
Is it just me BTW or was she using a 150 grit to blend in the tips ..eeekk...HOPE NOT !!

It is and NSI Website thats why you see NSI stuff on there......so I would think, it is very much a permanent arrangement

Ditto! just spent 10 mins trying Grrrrrr:mad:

I joined in October I came across the site by accident when I was using google!! I had a bottle of Glaze and Go for my free gift, which I thought was lovely and the current NSI catalogue. The vids are great, but I won't be giving up Salon Geek for ANYTHING, love or money lol, I LOVE Salon Geek

I do find the line
Note: This site serves the UK excluding Scotland.
a bit perplexing....did I miss the referendum on Scottish Independence?.....I thought we were still quite a large part of the UK!

It looks a lovely site from the bits I can get access to, but I do find it a bit puzzling as to why they don't have NSI in the title, as it is an NSI site.

Quite, I didn't get that either. x

I don't think it is or is supposed to be a geek replacement (could there ever be?), it's moere demo's and tutorials etc...

I agree completely nothing could ever replace the geek but i dont think its trying to. I do find it excellent help though and dont you just find kirsty meakins work fasinating im thinking of going on her valentines day workshop has any one trained with kirsty before?

I too am CND trained and only found the site the other day but have been hooked! I find both Denise and Kirsty's work amazing and have gained a lot from watching their videos which are really close up, clear and great at explaining. I also ordered some NSI from the site which has yet to come but I love the way Denise explains things and she just makes you want to do it like her :) She doesn't live far from me either so I have enquired about some one to one with her.:)

this is what i dont get, i am nsi trained and recently went for a one to one i can honestly say what the educator taught me and what is on the video are two totally different styles, i know everyone works differently and people have different techniques but i am easily confused lol. Anyway doing my conversion with creative soon. xx love the nails on the site though....gorgeous! xx

I also found this site advertised on facebook..it's great to watch someone do some nails PROPERLY unlike youtube, to watch whilst training i also have these on a DVD from NSI direct but has anyone noticed, there is a lot of over exsposure on it..the brush(Full of monomer) is constantly touching the surrounding skin!

I think that is weird that you are unable to get access. I am in Brisbane, Australia and have just got access!! I left the country as England and it accepted my address!! Go figure.
