I'm so sorry to hear this; some people have no scruples! I was lucky enough to be given an additive free from the lovely S2 staff, but I've never used them and I'd much prefer it to go a good home! If you'd like it just pm me your details and I'll have my humsbums post it to you tomorrow!

My lovely girls on our stand managed to rugby tackle a would-be thief out onto the aisles before he and his female partner in crime got their mitts on our stock.

We left nothing on our stand overnight except an unopened case of bottled water. When we returned the next morning 6 of them had gone...

What a sad state of affairs, eh?

Sucks doesn't it?
What a lovely offer from a lovely person.
Heard you had a great show ... Surprised you are still up, let alone making a sweet offer to a lady in distress!!
Very happy for you both. Xx

Was lovely to meet and chat with you today Lynne, can't wait to put my order in for your gorgeous products with the added benefit they match my salon decor lol x

My ladies will be so happy, I had a great time and manage to get all that I would ever need from just one stand S2 of course LOL...... Fab show, fantastic atmosphere, love it xxxx

Left the salon at 3pm - mad dash to catch the last hour... Luckily only took 25mins - no traffic whatsoever

Queued at CND FOR 15mins :D

Would definitely go to future shows on a Monday and later in the day in future... Much less bother - only downside Glitter Additives sold out :-(

Had an awesome time, managed to get everything I wanted and luckily only waited about 25 mins for the CND stand!

My lovely other half held my space for me while I wandered!

Did have a bit of an upset though... got all my bits out of my massive CND bag today and some horrid person has stolen my new additives! :(

Luckily my other CND stuff was right at the bottom so guessing they couldn't reach it but they've obviously just dipped their dirty hands in while I've not been looking. So p**ed off.

Iv'e been patiently saving all my pennies up had my eye on these for ages and now I'm sparkle-less :(

Hope nobody else had this happen. :(

Omg that ia absolutely disgusting you poor thing dirty theiving scum.when I went on Sunday I was carrying a big bag and on a few occasions I felt like someone had put there hand in my bag. I could feel it and when I wiped my bag around I fel a tug.The only difference was I had nothing in my bag bar snotty tissues and empty pepsi bottles.

I really feel for you.xxx

It took me over 2 hours to get there by train from Portsmouth as there were diversions :( queued at cnd for 1hr 30 mins well worth it as got the new lovely glitters , then Gelish for half hour by this time it was 3 pm and most of new love in bloom sold out really annoyed :(

Lynne, thank you so much for the lovely offer! That would be amazing! Yay! :D

So sad that for a supposedly professional event there are people willing to steal from others. Makes me mad!

Thank you for your kind words ladies, I wont let it spoil what was otherwise a good day and got some other lovely goodies :) xx

Just wanted to say that we really appreciate the kind words... we are so fricken proud of our peeps (they were awesome). It was a great show. There are loads of posts I would like to comment on, but am going to have to do it when I am not quite so knackered :)

We appreciate your patience and truly value your support. Just a final note: It is not realistic to take more space just for queues ( at close to £200 per square meter without ANYTHING on that space). It costs us, our customers and radically dents our ability to pass value in the form of special deals. It would also mean that we would be requiring 20% of the show floor just for day 1.

We hate the queues. It raises my blood pressure. We redesigned the entire stand and flow and increased staffing and tills by 30% and it still didn't dent the line. I think I know how we can ELIMINATE queues. It is our #1 show objective and we are investing heavily into accomplishing this goal. We will do this (or we will rethink doing shows all together).

Until then - know we are doing everything possible, and we will win :)

Sounds interesting! Ultimately, although there was still a queue, it felt much calmer than Olympia in September. I thought the layout with the demo's was great and gave you something to focus on while you were waiting. The time flew by once you were actually queuing by S2 as opposed to outside. The only things I missed compared to Olympia, were the lovely S2 ladies giving out the brochures and sweeties in the queue so you had something to look at and plan your offer purchases while having a dose of sugar to keep you going. ;o). Also saves some time at the tills as I had to quickly snoop through the brochure at the till to get the bulbs and pep deals.

All in all those, I thought it was fabulous. Really noticed a positive difference, and actually really enjoyed myself. Congratulations Mr & Mrs Geek, and all the wonderful smiling relaxed S2 staff that couldn't have been more helpful or professional. There's a reason why you have the longest queue ;) xx

Just arrived home after a fabulous day at Pro Beauty. Was about 10th in the queue for S2, got totally star struck chatting to the wonderful Sammantha Sweet! Was my first show and I loved it, thank you all xx

Nooooooo! I missed out! I couldn't make it until 1pm on the Sunday, but some nice young men on the way in were giving out bars of galaxy so all was right with the world;)

For anyone who thinks it's glamorous to exhibit at PB - I look so darn rough this morning I can't go out without a bag on my head!

even for those who queued a long time (luckily i didnt this time) we love the offers that you give us compared to other companies that dont really bother so if we have to queue then so be it, its worth it in the end and to be honest ive met some lovely people in the queues and shared hints and tips!

I think the staff did an amazing job, always cheerful and helpful so well done for that xxx

I think this time around was so much better for the wait in the queue. The increase in the tills meant that we queued for a quarter of the time we anticipated by looking at the line (we were outside the door). If this split in the queue is done again though, you do need an escort to take the lump of people from out the door to the stand queue though, to prevent the sneaky ones like we saw.

The only drawback that I saw is that when we reached the bit that had the foils and the Minx, I couldn't get to look at the foils because people were coming through the barrier to look at them. Then because we were right by the tills at this point and got called to go and pay, I couldn't get any. The way they were packaged meant that it was harder to see the designs and colours too, so couldn't just grab some quickly. I did manage to get some Minx though, as they were easy to scan very quickly.

We need a meat counter ticket system, that would stop the queues!

Overall, very impressed and very happy. ;)

Galaxy?!!

That is so not fair!

Bean - you beat me to it.

I'm also keen to hear any thoughts from those who attended the show. I've received feedback from our reps but it would be great to get opinions from other Salon Geeks.

I was gutted I didnt compleate my shopping list. No new additives left. None of the old additves or original solar oil either :(

I am doomed to never own any additves, I missed the case, and I missed the crimbo ones. Is so not fair.

The new colours are pretty and I only had to wait 5 mins to be served.
